Our Goal: Consistent and Effective Campus Sexual Assault Prevention and Response

Adjudication

The campus judiciary process is separate from the criminal system and possible sanctions should be defined in the sexual misconduct policy. A campus disciplinary or judicial board is appointed for the process. The board may consist of faculty, staff, administrators, and students. The selection process and training of the board members are critical.
